NON-DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE RETURNS

If you are not happy with your purchase, don't worry.  Simply e-mail us and let us know as soon as possible after receiving it (and no longer than 14 days after receiving your order.)  Do not return an item without prior authorization.  This helps to avoid any problems or confusion.  It also ensures a prompt refund of your purchase price (not including original shipping and handling fees and return shipping.)  Merchandise must be returned in the original packaging and please include the original packing slip.  We reserve the right to refuse returns after 30 days.  If the credit card used on your purchase has expired, we cannot refund your credit account but we can and will happily provide you with store credit.

DAMAGED MERCHANDISE RETURNS

Home Decor Experience makes every effort to see that your orders are shipped correctly and that they reach you safely.  However, if an item arrives damaged or somehow incomplete, please e-mail us immediately.  Please include all important information such as your order/track number, name and shipping address.  We will correct the situation as quickly as possible.  We want to protect you and make you feel comfortable--and make certain you get what you pay for.
